Exclusive Equestrian Wear
Items should be returned new, unused, and with Equestrian Exclusive Wear tags and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered defective or incorrectly.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Bags & Accessories
These items must show no trace of use. Designer labels, leather tags, dust bags, etc. must not be removed and must be attached to the return item.
Any costs associated with the exchanging or returning of items shall be borne by the customer. We would like to hear from the customer via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org which item(s), and the reason why the article will be returned.
In respect of an exchange, Equestrian Exclusive Wear shall assume responsibility for the costs for resending an item on his behalf.
A return form shall be included within each shipment which must be completed and enclosed with any return. The form provides the address to which the return should be sent. The shipment can be returned via the post office. Please ensure you make a note of your track & trace number.
Items that are damaged or show any signs of use will be sent back to the customer. Any costs associated with this shall be charged to the customer.
Please ensure that the product is returned as it is delivered to you, in its polythene bag with tickets and labels attached. If this is not the case, Equestrian Exclusive Wear shall charge administration costs to the customer. In the Netherlands we will be charge €10,- and within the rest of the European Union €15.
If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered by Equestrian Exclusive Wear (color, size, incorrect products), Equestrian Exclusive Wear shall bear the cost of exchanging the article and shall arrange for it to be collected at your address by PostNL.
Once your return has been received by us, Equestrian Exclusive Wear will inform you immediately. Every status update will be communicated by e-mail to you so that you always know what the status of your items is. Depending upon the desired solution, Equestrian Exclusive Wear shall provide a new delivery or a refund within 14 days.
